About Us
Spit Roast King has been owned and operated at the same
address since 1985. In your dealings with Spit Roast King
you will notice we ring when we say we will, we arrive at
the allotted time and the food is as good as our customers
tell us.
All this adds up to you being able to trust us as have
thousands of others since 1985. You will be dealing with
a catering company that is fully insured and whose premises
are regularly inspected not a backyard garage as with some
of our competitors.
We offer a complete one stop party service from items such
as glasses, marquees, tables, chairs, staff, etc etc even
hall hire.
Our meats are SOMETHING SPECIAL only
the primest cuts are used, they are cooked with a real AUSSIE
BBQ flavour & tenderness that can only be achieved by
our slow cooking process (approximately 16 hours) at low
temperature & with smoke from hickory logs + basting
in our special sauces.
The flame does not come in contact with the meat until
we arrive at your function at which time we place the meat
on the spit for the last 2 hours to crisp up the outside.
The aroma from the spit & the visual impact creates
a mouth watering function that your guests will talk about
for years to come, and yes when our chef comes he brings
a spit.
Our finger foods are tempting morsels of Bite Sized Pieces
most are unique to us with a good selection for vegetarians.
If you require assistance in the planning of your party
you can visit our shop where we can show you such things
as colour choices of napkins, table presentations, glassware
letters of recommendation etc or we can come to you.
Our easy to read brochures clearly show you what you receive
and the cost involved with no hidden charges.
Our trained & friendly uniformed staff have in the
main been with us for years & are dedicated to making
your special function an occasion to remember.
